UTB18: Large Rear Electronics box and Cage Replacement

Modifications Required: Screw the stock fuel sell lid to the opening of the new large lid with the stock screws.

This is a bolt on option to let you use and hide your own ESC and RX with easy access on your UTB-18. In order to use the Large E-Box, you must use the replacement back wall cage. The E-Box is open on the end towards the motor to all the ESC to slid inside a little for help fit your RX if it's larger. Space is tight. It is recommended to use a compact RX. In some cases, it will be best to remove the RX and ESC from it's case for best fitment. If you remove them from their case, wrap them in shrink rap to prevent shorting out. You can fit up to a HW1080 ESC and an NB4 style compact receiver in this box.

IMPORTANT: Do not use power drivers on 3D printed parts. Over tightening printed parts and cause premature cracking and crushing. Always ensure you hardware will not bottom out in the screw pocket. This can also cause at 3D printed part to break prematurely.

If you break a part, simply send us a photo and your order number. The photo is simply to evaluate for common issues and help identify potential improvements to existing designs.
