Not Your Ordinary Magnetic Parts Tray

Have you ever dropped a screw from you build in the carpet? We all know how hard those are to find. This parts tray can help you find that screw by using the powerful embedded magnets to help you search all while keeping the other screws on it in place.

NOTE: This is a short run to see if there is interest to produce more. Initial Run will be in White with the STH Logo Sticker on it. If the demand is there, I will offer custom colors in subsequent batches.

Over all dimensions are 2.6in which makes it great to toss in your pack or pocket to help keep your screws organized and not lost while at the track, trail or even in the backyard.

Why 4 Magnets? I found that one Magnet in the center would cause all the screws to clump up in the middle. When I added the larger magnet's the screws would tend to space out around the perimeter. When I grouped 4 Magnets together, the interlocking magnetic fields helped gently disperse the screws more naturally while allowing the tray to not drop screws and attach to metal objects.

This is a very strong Magnetic Parts Tray. This tray has 4x 1.26in neodymium magnets embedded into an ABS Blend 3D Print. The magnets are strong enough to hold all your screw in place and fix the tray to a metal object when not in use.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR MAGNETIC TRAY NEAR ELECTRONICS THAT ARE SENSITIVE TO MAGNETIC FIELDS LIKE TV's, COMPUTER HARD DRIVES, or GAMING CONSOLES.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, items may contain tiny visual blemishes. Items may require some trimming and painting for optimal visual appeal/fit; similar to what you would expect to do with model parts.

IMPORTANT: Do not use power drivers on 3D printed parts. Over tightening printed parts and cause premature cracking and crushing. Always ensure you hardware will not bottom out in the screw pocket. This can also cause at 3D printed part to break prematurely.

Printed Parts - These parts will be printed in Black (Unless otherwise requested) using advances slicing methods for maximum strength. All 3D printed parts come with a lifetime replacement guarantee. If you break a part, simply send us a photo and your order number. The photo is simply to evaluate for common issues and help identify potential improvements to existing designs.
