FORD Lettering Front and Rear
Now you can change the lettering on your truck to say FORD. Simply pop off the HERO and glue these in place. They are designed with connector tabs to make it easier for you to print and align. Once you are happy with the position, take a hobby knife and cut split the letters.
Quick Hub Fast Wheel Removal
Here's a quick HUB mod to give you easier access to remove your wheels.
Drill the center of the wheel out with a 10mm or 3/8th in drill bit.
Make sure your wheel wrench fits, Trim as necessary. Reassemble all those tiny nuts and mount the wheel
Press the Printed Hub over the Wheel Nut for a finished look.
To remove the tire, simply pop off the hub and use your wrench. (The Calipers must remain uninstalled unless you want to remove the calipers each time before the tires.
Fender Liner
This is a fender liner for the front of your HERO Truck. This will help block the view of your electronics under the hood and help keep the dirt from being slung up onto the electronics from your wheels.
NOTE: ONE FILE HAS BEEN PROVIDED, MIRROR THE FILE IN YOUR SLICER TO PRINT THE OTHER SIDE.
TO MOUNT: Remove one screw from the headlight mount and the door hinge. You can see in the photo the two I removed. You will need two 3x12mm screws to reattach the fenders to the mounting location. There are two holes on the liner back that you can use to trim and mount a piece of rubber allowing it to hang down over the frame rail to help seal it up a little better.
Body Lift
This bundle includes the files needed to lift your Body on the Frame Rails.
PRINT IN PETG, ABS or NYLON for best Results
NOTE: The 6mm and 9mm Body Lift Should have the rear sub bumper removed as it sticks out and looks tacky.
Suspension Lift
This bundle includes the files needed to lift your Body on the Frame Rails.
PRINT IN PETG, ABS or NYLON for best results.
This bundle will lift your Suspension 6.5mm front/Rear.
The Front Lift is achieved similarly to a leveling kit for a 1:1 pickup. You have two options, Print the Shock Spacer or Use the TEST file which will replace the stock upper arm mount/Shock mount. Both Methods work however the spacers require 8x 2x12mm hex screws to remount the shock to the stock hoop.
The Rear Lift Requires 4x 3x25mm Cap Screws to attach the rear spring lift.
Shock Reservoir Relocation
This bracket mounts to the top of the front shock plate facing in towards the motor using the rear to mounting screws.
