Shock Limiting Kit (Internal Spacers)

With this kit, you can limit four shocks up to 10mm. Fitment may be snug on some shock shafts. A little pressure will make them slide right on. This is intentional. 

This kit included spacers: (Fits, TRX4, Element, Capra, and Similar Shafted Shocks)
4 - 1mm (Green)
4 - 2mm (Yellow)
4 - 3mm (Orange)
4 - 4mm (Red)

There are many great shocks on the market. Some of out favorits come off the Axial Capra, Traxxas TRX4 and Element RC kist and RTR trucks. When using them on an aftermarket chassis usually the main problem with these shocks are too much upward strok causing too much articulation. This is where the spacers come into pley. By adding spacers under the shock piston insde the shock body, you can reduce the overall length of the shock to better suit your custom build.

Most aftermarked chassis benefit greatly from shocks with a strok of 10-15mm and a maximum eye-to-eye length ov 80-90mm.

Most RTR shocks also leave the piston resting on the bottom of the inside of the shock with little to no oil under the pistion. This makes the first few milimeters of compression incosisten. by adding as little as one 2-3mm spacer under the shock pistion, it allow oil to properly fill the area under the shock and to keep them working smoth through the entire stroke.

IMPORTANT: Do not use power drivers on 3D printed parts. Over tightening printed parts and cause premature cracking and crushing. Always ensure you hardware will not bottom out in the screw pocket. This can also cause at 3D printed part to break prematurely.

Printed Parts - These parts will be printed in Black (Unless otherwise requested) using advances slicing methods for maximum strength. All 3D printed parts come with a lifetime replacement guarantee. If you break a part, simply send us a photo and your order number. The photo is simply to evaluate for common issues and help identify potential improvements to existing designs.
